The Lost Cat is a scenic road-to-trail race through East Dorset and past historic marble quarries on Mount Aeolus. This is a challenging course, with approximately 2,400' of climbing in the half marathon and 4,500+' in the 50k.
Day-of registration will be available at the start/finish until 30 minutes before the race.

Kick off your weekend in Dorset with Wildcard Friday, a 1-mile race that rotates annually between an Uphill Mile, a Seltzer Mile, a Downhill Mile, and a Syrup Mile. For 2020 we're going downhill!
100% of the proceeds from Wildcard Friday go to Second Chance Animal Center

This 1-mile road race loses ~450' of elevation. The course is paved.
Race-Day Info
There will be NO day-of signups!
All participants must ride shuttles to and from the race from the parking area. There is no car access at the start, so all runners must park at the designated parking and take the shuttle to the start. Shuttles are free for runners and spectators.

Location: the field directly across the street from HN Williams General Store: 2732 VT-30, Dorset, VT 05251
Shuttles will leave at 9:00 AM from the parking area. You must ride the shuttle! You cannot get dropped off at the start! Shuttles will run back to the parking area roughly every 15 minutes, beginning when all heats are done.
